VAT
The prices include the value-added tax (VAT) of 5%. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products sold by You Rock General Trading LLC within its site.We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Cards: VISA and MASTERCARD

All credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer. If the issuer of the credit card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment.

Delivery

You Rock General Trading LLC delivers in Dubai and the rest of the United Arab Emirates and we estimate that your order is expected to be delivered within 3 working days from the day you receive your order confirmation email.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be added to the price of the products and will be indicated separately on the order form during the check-out process.

– For all orders of AED 200 and above, if you chose to pay:
by credit card, the delivery within Dubai will be free of charge

– For all other orders below AED 200, if you chose to pay:
by credit card, delivery fee in Dubai will be AED 20

Free Delivery
We offer on orders above 200 AED ONLY in DUBAI.
The Rest of the Emirates pay a shipping fee of 30 AED !!!

Same day delivery will incur an extra charge on all orders.

Someone will need to be available to accept delivery of the order. If you fail to collect your delivery you may be charged an additional delivery fee for any further attempt.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes

Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.

Exchange Policy
At You Rock General Trading LLC, it is our intention to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.

You can exchange your item that has been purchased online by returning it to the store within days of receipt of your order, subject to stock availability. All products must be returned to us, unused and with all tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received and in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice along with your ID.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), you may exchange with any other product(s):

  • of the same value; or
  • of a greater value, in which case you will have to pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.

We do not offer exchanges on personalized products.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds! All sales are final!
